All live sessions are recorded and shared. I'll poll the group before we start to find a time that works for most. Your 1:1 calls can be rescheduled anytime within the 6 weeks — though they’re most valuable when done in order.
I back my program 120%. That said, if you've completed the program, implemented the work, and still aren't happy after 3 months — I'll refund you in full. 💸

I'm hell-bent on helping women drop the mask and build meaningful work that leaves them buzzing for more. Work that refuels their entire lives. Work that gives more than it takes. (yes, it's possible!)
I created what's next because I know what it's like to long for a career change, 'prepare' responsibly, and still stall. I spent over a decade in New York's agencies and startups before burning out hard enough to finally listen.
Along the way, I led teams through agile and iterative development, which is the same experimental, build-and-learn approach that sits at the heart of this program.
Now I work with women navigating big work reinventions, weaving together leadership coaching, Agile, organizational psychology, somatic practices, and neuroscience to help them build careers that actually fit the lives they want to lead.
